I have been a seeker of spiritual truth from a young age. It was this longing that eventually led me to the Chopra Center where I became a certified teacher of Primordial Sound Meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. My life is full of love and laughter as the mother of five glorious children. My commitment to finding my spiritual way, my family life, and my professional life as a teacher, the director of financial operations for a small college, and as a registered nurse has prepared me for the next step on my personal journey. Following my own pathway to bliss, I feel blessed to be able to share my spiritual knowing and perspective with you!
