A Pathway to Bliss

I am so honored and grateful to you for taking the time to visit my website and learn about me and my offerings. I believe that we all have Destiny Points in our lives.  A Destiny Point is when a set of circumstances are divinely aligned which causes an internal shift of our consciousness. This shift awakens us on such a deep level that it transforms every layer of our being. Changing the trajectory of our life to allow for the greatest expansion of our soul’s experience in this lifetime. Helping us to fulfill our soul’s purpose and to expand the energy of LOVE! 

I am aware of several of these destiny points in my life. Each one has been pivotal, profoundly shaping the course of my spiritual path and personal awakening! I hope that in sharing my story, it will help you to reflect on your own path and rediscovery of your true spiritual essence. 

My family comes from a Catholic tradition. My first spiritual teachers were my Mom and my Grandma. My Mom has always been a source of unconditional love, support, and acceptance. She has taught me to trust and follow my heart and inner guidance always. My Grandma passed away 13 years ago, and she too was such an important figure in my life! She was so strong and had incredible faith and belief in God! I loved spending time with her including attending church with her and my Grandpa. 

One of the greatest lessons I learned from her is to have Faith! Have faith that we are eternally loved and guided. It is important to understand the importance of faith and trust in order to surrender to the known and the unknown!

I feel that my Mom and my Grandma's influence helped teach me about faith and to follow my heart as my path has unfolded from childhood through adulthood. One of the first of these destiny points took place just before my 22^nd birthday.  My Stepdad died unexpectantly of a massive heart attack. This traumatic event shifted the direction and course of my life tremendously. It opened me up to asking God and the Universe for greater understanding of so many of my questions. 

Why are we here? What is my purpose? Is this all there is? Does life continue after our physical death?  

It is with asking those questions and experiencing grief that another teacher came into my life!  She was another strong woman and Spiritual Teacher and Seeker. Under her guidance, I studied with her and several of my fellow soulmates for the next five years. She taught me so much! Her metaphysical knowledge and perspective helped me find inner healing and a greater awareness of how vast and deeply connected we all are in this life and beyond. 

I began to understand that everything happens for a reason, there is no such thing as a coincidence. We are all divinely guided, as multidimensional beings we have a choice in every moment to choose LOVE or FEAR.  

Then, the next destiny point began to unfold as I fell in love, married and started my family. I have been unbelievably blessed with 5 beautiful children and one sweet baby angel in heaven. They are my greatest spiritual teachers! Nothing means more to me than being Mom to these amazing children. Growing up I always wanted to have a big family. It was my heart’s desire. However, managing marriage, careers, and multiple children is not easy! As I was living the childhood dream somehow along the way I lost me. I was overwhelmed and very depleted from years of caring for my family and not caring for myself. 

However, I was once again, divinely guided on my path and began learning about Yoga and Meditation. It completely changed my life! Once again, this destiny point awakened me spiritually on a very deep level!  As I learned about these beautiful ancient practices, I felt a deep inner calling to teach it to others. So, I completed my studies at the Chopra Center of Wellbeing and became a Certified Primordial Sound Meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Instructor.

I was able to reconnect to many of my Spiritual Soulmates and rediscovered my True Essence ... my Higher-Self connecting to the wholeness within.  

I believe that many of you reading this may relate to my life’s experiences.  I was living a life I had always dreamt of and that I co-created. However, I was not wanting to acknowledge the cracks in the foundation, only wanting to see it all through rose colored glasses. In living that way, I had fully depleted all my energy. During this new awakening, every aspect of my life began to change! I believe that every experience in this life has a set lifespan that cannot be avoided - A beginning and an ending. We may try to be in control of the worlds we create, but they are in constant state of change that is the Law of the Universe. It is when we resist this change that we find ourselves unhappy, unfulfilled, and unauthentic.  

I began to realize that I was not the role I was playing, the character that I created. I was, and I AM more! I was beginning to know and discover that I am not just a wife, a mom, a nurse, an accountant, a teacher, a sister, a daughter and on and on but that I am a Spiritual Being. I am deserving of respect, to be cherished, to be adored and to be free to express myself authentically in whatever way I desire!

To be all the me I can be! We are all deserving of this! We are abundant infinite Spiritual Beings!

It is in this new awareness that I knew my marriage was no longer healthy for my ex-husband, my children, or for me. We are all here as each other’s teachers. Every experience in life is meant to teach us about LOVE and expand our consciousness! We may not ever completely understand another’s perspective and you know what?  That is okay! Divorce after 18 years is not easy; it took a lot of courage and inner strength and guidance from my family, friends, and spiritual guides to take that step on my Pathway to Bliss. 

I believe that souls come to play a role in our lives, for a reason, a season, or a lifetime, and I will add - for many lifetimes! Every experience is for our highest good, even if we never fully understand it in this incarnation. 

I hold such gratitude in my heart for every moment and experience in this lifetime and all the beautiful souls that have been a part, and are a part of my life’s Love Story.

As I found the courage to take the next step, the next destiny point began to unfold on my Pathway to Bliss. I was brought together with a strong, intelligent, beautiful soul. I am so incredibly grateful for his love. Our time together in this physical life was tragically cut short when he passed away, way too soon, returning to our true home in the Spirit realm. He had taught me so much and continues to teach me every day about Unconditional Love ~True Love that extends beyond this physical human experience. 

Love never dies, our physical experience has a beginning and an ending but the love that we share binds us for eternity. Only Love is Real!

Our loved ones never truly leave us. My love continues to reach his hand out lifting my Spirit and guiding me forward every step along my path. This experience of grief awakened me in a whole new way.  Not only have I gained a greater connection to Spirit and to my own True-Essence, but my Soulmate has also brought into my life, the gift of another true love to share my life with. He too is my spiritual teacher and Soulmate. He is strong, intelligent, and deeply connected to the Spirit realm and the guidance of our Spirit family of light. I am so blessed for his love and unconditional support. He allows me to continue to be the most authentic version of me each and every day!

My heart has never been so full, I have been so blessed in this life with my precious children, that I love and adore, and also with the experience of being truly loved unconditionally, by my love in the Spirit world and by my love walking along side of me in the material world. It is my time to share my story and knowing. 

My love and my guides have shown me that our family in Spirit wants nothing more than for us to know that we are never alone and we are always loved. We will all be reunited in our own divine time. Our Loved ones in Spirit want us to Be Present, to Be Happy and enjoy every second of this human experience. Choose Love, and do not fear your own Inner Power and Light! It is meant to be shared with others in this space and time and for eternity!

I truly believe that as we gain greater awareness through going within through the practice of meditation, we are able to connect to our higher self, our loved ones and the Spirit realm.  It then becomes undeniable that there is so much more than our physical material world. We are all connected in such profound and deep ways beyond our comprehension in this now. 

While I am an empath and can be quite introverted, I know with all my being that we are all here to let our light shine! It is my purpose and deep desire to help my clients and students to be freed from self-limiting beliefs, suffering, grief and trauma so that we may all Shine Our Beautiful light! 

Together we can heal and uplift this planet and all sentient beings!
